Is my purchase safe?
Yes, we are a company legally constituted since 2014 in Colombia, currently we sell to the whole world with the support of different internal logistics and shipping companies.
In Europe we work with national mail and shipping companies to be able to fulfill orders on time.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes you will receive the product as shown in the e-commerce photographies of each product, our photos are professionally taken and we strive to show the original product with all its finishes.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From your shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
In the event that you have processed your order and wish to cancel or modify it, please contact us as soon as possible at europe@daniellemonnet.com, if the order has not been sent we will be able to respond to your request.

What are the payment methods you accept?
For United States we have the following payment options: by PayPal or payment by credit card through our allied payment gateway PayU Latam, which accepts all franchises such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. The payment made with PayU Latam is safe, at the end of the purchase you will receive a confirmation email from them and our brand.
The payment made by PayPal can be made with your personal or business account, the method used by this platform can be your bank account or linked credit card.

Shipping and Tracking of Your Orders
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it wherever you want, always check that you provide us with all the address correctly. Please note that if you do not complete the shipping information correctly, Danielle Monnet will not be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
How can I track my order?
At the end of the purchase we will send you an email with all the information about your purchase along with the tracking number so that you can track the shipment through the website of our transport company.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
